How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at orders@montaukhairco.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returned items must be received before a refund is issued.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility applies to the first purchase of a product per customer.

Systems and bundles must be returned in full. Partial returns of kit components are not accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or abusive return activity.
