How to Initiate a Return

Just send one email to orders@montaukhairco.com with your order number and a few sentences about your experience - what you tried, how you applied it, your results and what your hair type is. We'll issue return instructions and a pre-paid label within 24 hours.

We ask for your feedback because we genuinely read every response and are constantly improving our formulas. It's how we make the product better, and it helps us suggest a technique adjustment that might actually change your results.

Eligibility

Return/refund eligibility applies to the first purchase of a product per customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns/refunds in cases of excessive or abusive refund activity.
